I can't compare these to anything else, as they are the only r-comps we used on the car. Perhaps, that's a good thing? We were very happy with the tires and never felt that they were the weak link in getting the car around the track fast. (usually, it was the lose nut behind the wheel :D) Either way, we never really out-drove the tire. The suspension or the driver failed long before the tire didn't stand up to a long sweeper or a tight 180. I would highly recommend a set for a weekend track car, but i'm not so sure they are the best tire for wheel-to-wheel racing.
